TERMS OF USE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

Updated July 27, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience only. The legally binding instrument is the Portuguese version, available at /termos. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

This instrument ("TERMS") governs access, use, the purchase of digital products and participation in interactive experiments on the Sapiens Sintéticos platform ("PLATFORM").

The PLATFORM is maintained, developed and operated jointly by the PbrasilDAO community and the developer identified as Borderless (jointly referred to as "MAINTAINERS" or "WE").

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING OR PURCHASING ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, THE USER ("YOU") EXPRESSES FULL, IRREVOCABLE AND IRREVERSIBLE AGREEMENT WITH THESE TERMS.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND SCOPE

  • 1.1. Experimental Ecosystem: The PLATFORM is not traditional commercial software, but an ecosystem of technological, philosophical and creative experimentation ("Maker Culture"). Features may be changed, removed or replaced without prior notice.
  • 1.2. Role of PbrasilDAO: PbrasilDAO acts as a decentralized support and fostering organization. Its decentralized nature means that support and maintenance follow community rhythms rather than traditional corporate ones.

2. ACCESS, REGISTRATION AND INPUT DATA

  • 2.1. Truthfulness of Information: Access to certain interactive tools or member areas may require an email, name or other data. The USER warrants that all information provided is true and assumes full civil and criminal liability for misrepresentation.
  • 2.2. Media and Content Uploads (Inputs): When using tools that require sending images, texts, profile photos or voice ("INPUTS") for processing (via AI or local algorithms):
    • a) The USER declares to hold the copyright, or to have express authorization, for the use of the submitted image/content;
    • b) The USER grants the MAINTAINERS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, modify and use such INPUTS strictly for the execution of the experiment proposed by the tool;
    • c) The USER releases the MAINTAINERS from any liability should AI processing produce distorted, offensive or unintended results ("AI Hallucinations").
  • 2.3. Minimum Age (Adults Only): The PLATFORM is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using any tool, the USER represents and warrants being at least 18 years old and having full legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and offer them no area, product or access tier. Any account found to belong to a minor is terminated immediately, without notice and without refund of subscription or Synapses, and its data is deleted. A legal guardian who identifies such use should write to [email protected].
  • 2.4. Storage of Uploads and Responsibility: Every file sent to the PLATFORM, including images used only as reference, is stored on the house infrastructure (database and CDN) for as long as needed to operate the service and keep the account history. The PLATFORM does not legally separate files by the purpose declared at upload. Accordingly: (a) the USER is fully responsible, civilly and criminally, for every file uploaded, including its lawfulness and the ownership of rights; (b) the MAINTAINERS may freely remove, block or delete, at any time, without notice and without any duty to compensate, any file or generation that, at their sole discretion, should not be online, whether due to prohibited content, suspected infringement of third-party rights, legal risk, order from an authority or any other legitimate reason; (c) this removal power is a right of the MAINTAINERS and not a duty of prior surveillance, creating no obligation of active monitoring and no liability for content not yet removed.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COURSES

  • 3.1. Copyright: All content made available, including but not limited to course videos, texts, source code (except declared Open Source), design, the "Sapiens Sintéticos" visual identity and teaching methodology, is the exclusive property of the MAINTAINERS.
  • 3.2. Course License: By purchasing or accessing a course/training on the PLATFORM, the USER receives a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license.
  • 3.3. Strict Prohibitions (Piracy and Sharing): It is strictly forbidden to:
    • a) Share access credentials (login and password) with third parties;
    • b) Download, screen-record, reproduce, distribute or resell any teaching material outside the PLATFORM environment;
    • c) Use course content to create competing products or to train Artificial Intelligence models.
  • 3.4. Penalties: Violation of this clause will result in immediate cancellation of the USER's access, with no right to a refund, in addition to applicable civil and criminal sanctions for copyright infringement.

4. EXPERIMENTAL TOOLS, AI AND OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY

  • 4.1. Platform as Interface: The USER acknowledges that Sapiens Sintéticos acts primarily as a facilitating interface and UX curator for robust third-party technologies.
    • We provide the "cockpit";
    • The engine and the fuel (AI models such as Google Gemini/Imagen, storage such as Bunny.net and behavioral analytics such as Microsoft Clarity) are provided by third-party companies.
  • 4.2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS"): All tools are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the tools will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
  • 4.3. The User as Pilot (Operator): When using the PLATFORM to generate content, the USER acts as the sole operator of the machine. Except for your Synthetic's automatic proposals described in section 14 (which, in any case, only become public upon the USER's express ratification), the PLATFORM reacts to the USER's commands (prompts). Therefore, the USER is solely and exclusively legally responsible for any image, text, music, video or audio generated, as well as for all content they publish.
  • 4.4. Generation and Community Rules (Zero Tolerance):
    • a) Prohibited Content: It is strictly forbidden to use the platform to generate, upload or disseminate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real violence, hate speech, or content that infringes copyright.
    • b) Remix and Permanence: By publishing to the Gallery, the USER acknowledges that this action is permanent and irreversible (the image cannot be returned to a private state). The USER accepts that their work becomes a community asset, subject to download, editing and "Remix" by other users, fostering maker culture. The only form of removal is the definitive deletion of the image.
    • c) Incentive System: The PLATFORM may offer rewards (such as Synapses) to encourage content publication. These rewards are limited per user and per period, according to the rules in force in the system interface.
    • d) Automatic Blocking: Model providers (Google) have intrinsic safety filters. Repeated attempts to bypass these filters ("Jailbreak") to generate prohibited content will result in permanent account banning.
    • e) Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any hosted content (via Bunny.net or others) that violates these terms, without prior notice, under clause 2.4.b.
    • f) Adult Content (18+ platform): The PLATFORM is intended for adults (clause 2.3) and offers AI models without the restrictive filters of general-purpose providers, identified in the interface. Generation of lawful, consensual adult content between adults is tolerated on those models, subject to the following rules, which apply cumulatively with the prohibitions above: (i) the absolute ban on CSAM, on content depicting a real person without consent and on sexual deepfakes remains in full force and leads to immediate banning and reporting to the authorities; (ii) such content is not displayed on the public surfaces of the PLATFORM, being excluded from the public image page, the sitemap, automated feeds (including Pinterest) and the curation described in section 11; (iii) the USER is solely responsible for the lawfulness of what they generate, including under the law of the country from which they access the service; (iv) the MAINTAINERS may remove any such generation at their sole discretion, under clause 2.4.b.
  • 4.5. Financial Content and Non-Advisory: Some PLATFORM tools aggregate, organize and present data about financial markets and companies (including but not limited to the "AI Ecosystem Atlas", "Portfolio", "Leverage", "Weekly briefing", "Comparison" and similar).
    • a) Editorial nature: This content is observational editorial information and educational tooling based on public third-party data (Yahoo Finance, SEC Form 4, market aggregators, language models such as Google Gemini). It does not constitute personalized investment advice.
    • b) Non-advisory: The MAINTAINERS are not registered as financial advisors with the CMVM (Portugal), the CVM (Brazil), or any equivalent authority. Nothing published constitutes financial advice under Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) or Brazilian capital markets law.
    • c) User Responsibility: Decisions to invest, buy, sell, hold or allocate any financial asset are exclusively the USER's. The PLATFORM does not consider the USER's personal profile, goals, financial situation or risk tolerance. Before any decision, the USER should consult a licensed professional.
    • d) Data Accuracy: Quotes, market caps, metrics and narratives may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Third-party data is provided "as is". The PLATFORM is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions or interruptions of those sources.
    • e) No Guaranteed Returns: At no time does the PLATFORM guarantee returns, success or performance of any asset, strategy or scenario presented. Past performance does not indicate future results.
    • f) Weekly briefing and shared model: The weekly briefing operates on a model where the first USER to generate it pays in Synapses and the others read it for free during the week. Email subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled at any time.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 5.1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE MAINTAINERS, PBRASILDAO, THEIR LEADERS (INCLUDING BORDERLESS), PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:
    • a) Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages;
    • b) Lost profits, data loss, loss of goodwill or business interruption;
    • c) Any damage arising from the misuse of code or knowledge acquired on the PLATFORM and applied by the USER in their own or third-party production environments.
  • 5.2. The USER acknowledges that the tutorials and code provided require prior technical knowledge and assumes the full risk of their implementation.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

6.1. The USER agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the MAINTAINERS harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or in any way related to:

  • a) Their access to or use of the PLATFORM;
  • b) Their violation of these Terms;
  • c) Their violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

7.1. The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the USER acknowledges that their data (such as newsletter email or login) may be processed for access management, communication and experiment improvement.

8. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

  • 8.1. The MAINTAINERS reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the PLATFORM.
  • 8.2. The MAINTAINERS may, at their sole discretion, suspend or terminate the USER's access to the PLATFORM, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, if they believe the USER has violated these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Portuguese Republic.
  • 9.2. The courts of the District of Porto, Portugal, are elected as competent to settle any matters arising from these Terms. An exception applies where the USER is a consumer domiciled in a jurisdiction whose law mandatorily grants them the forum of their domicile: in that case, and only in that case, the mandatory legal rule prevails, with the Porto forum remaining applicable to all other relationships, including business or professional ones.
  • 9.3. Severability: Should any clause of these Terms be declared void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force. The invalid clause shall be construed, as far as possible, so as to preserve the original intention of the parties within the limits of the applicable law.
  • 9.4. Forbearance: Failure by the MAINTAINERS to require compliance with any obligation under these Terms is mere liberality and implies no novation, waiver or amendment of what has been agreed.

10. CREDITS, VALIDITY AND USAGE RULES

  • 10.1. Nature of Credits (Synapses): Synapses are the resource unit used on the PLATFORM. They can be obtained through Subscription Plans, One-off Purchases (single top-up) or Grants. One-off Purchases are priced higher per Synapse than Subscription Plans, in exchange for the extended validity provided in clause 10.2.b.
  • 10.2. Credit Validity: For the sustainability of the ecosystem and protection against credit inflation, the following validity periods apply:
    • a) Subscription Credits: Valid only during the active monthly billing cycle. If unused, they expire and the balance is reset and recharged at the start of the next cycle. They do not accumulate.
    • b) Purchased Credits (One-off/Legacy): Acquired via single top-up (One-off Purchase). They have a mandatory validity of 1 (one) year from the purchase date and are not reset at the start of a subscription cycle.
    • c) Promotional Credits (Grants/Free Tier): Valid for up to 1 (one) year, or as defined in the specific campaign.
  • 10.3. Consumption Priority: When using a service on the PLATFORM, the system deducts Synapses automatically in the following order: 1st Subscription Credits (if there is an active plan), 2nd Promotional Credits, 3rd Purchased Credits, 4th Free Tier Credits.
  • 10.4. Expiration and Maintenance: The MAINTAINERS reserve the right to remove expired credits under the rules above. Not removing them immediately after expiration is mere liberality and creates no acquired right to the indefinite maintenance of an expired balance.
  • 10.5. Immediate Supply and Waiver of the Withdrawal Period: The subscription grants immediate access to digital content and credits the cycle's Synapses upon contracting. By subscribing, the USER expressly requests that performance begin immediately and acknowledges that, once performance has begun, they lose the right of withdrawal provided for in the applicable consumer legislation (in Portugal, Decree-Law 24/2014; in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU). A USER wishing to preserve that right must refrain from using the PLATFORM and request cancellation before any consumption.
  • 10.6. Subscription Cancellation: The subscription may be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the monthly cycle already paid, with no further cycles charged. There is no pro-rata refund of the current cycle, nor restitution of Synapses credited, consumed or expired, under clauses 10.2.a and 10.5.
  • 10.7. No Monetary Value: Synapses are an internal unit of use. They are not currency, securities, a financial asset or a redeemable balance, are not convertible into money, are not transferable outside the PLATFORM and are not refundable if the account is terminated for breach of these Terms.

11. CONTENT DISTRIBUTION AND VISIBILITY

  • 11.1. Automated Distribution: Images and experiments posted to the Community Gallery may be indexed and automatically displayed on our official social networks (such as Pinterest, Instagram, Discord, among others) via automated feeds (RSS) or integration APIs.
  • 11.2. Attribution and Traffic: The main purpose of this distribution is to foster creators' visibility and direct traffic back to the PLATFORM and to the USER's original profile on Sapiens Sintéticos.
  • 11.3. Consent to Distribution: By choosing to publish any content in the community's public area, the USER expressly agrees to this automated distribution. The MAINTAINERS commit to always keep the original attribution link pointing to the work on the PLATFORM.
  • 11.4. Feed Nature and Third-Party Responsibility: Sapiens Sintéticos uses a public RSS feed for indexing. Once content is indexed by third-party platforms (such as Pinterest), Sapiens Sintéticos has no technical control to delete files or metadata from those companies' servers. If the USER removes their image from the PLATFORM, the original destination link will be deactivated, but the removal of the physical image or Pin on Pinterest must be requested by the USER directly to that platform if their cache or update cycle does not occur immediately.
  • 11.5. Manual Removal Support: Although deletion on external platforms is their responsibility, Sapiens Sintéticos values its creators' wishes. If the USER has deleted an experiment on our site and it still persists on our official Pinterest account after 72 hours, they may request manual removal via [email protected], sending the link of the corresponding Pin for review and deletion by our team.
  • 11.6. Curation and Staff Picks: The MAINTAINERS run an editorial curation that may select works already published in the public area of the PLATFORM and highlight them as a "Staff Pick". The selection is a discretionary editorial act, free of charge and unpaid for either party, and may be granted or withdrawn at any time. Only works published and generated with the PLATFORM's tools are eligible: files uploaded from outside by the USER never enter the curation.
  • 11.7. Publishing Is a Definitive, Deliberate Act: The PLATFORM does not offer an unpublish feature, and does not intend to. Publishing to the public area is a deliberate choice by the USER and means handing the work to the ecosystem: community, automated feeds, house channels and partner channels. Whoever does not want a work to circulate simply does not publish it. By publishing, the USER grants the MAINTAINERS a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence, irrevocable as to whatever has already been published or aired, to display, reproduce, adapt the format of and distribute the work on the PLATFORM's official channels (site, social networks, messaging channels, newsletter, video) and on channels of PARTNERS and sponsors, for the purpose of editorial promotion of the work and its creator. Ownership remains entirely with the USER. The licence does not authorise use of the work as third-party paid advertising material without specific prior authorisation.
  • 11.8. Attribution: Every publication made under item 11.7 will identify the USER as the creator of the work. The form of attribution is chosen by the MAINTAINERS according to the channel and available space, among: display name, username on the PLATFORM, link to the public profile, link to the portfolio, a short PLATFORM link pointing to any of them, or a mention of the social media accounts the USER has provided in their own profile. Any of these forms fully satisfies the duty of attribution; the USER may not demand a specific form nor the simultaneous inclusion of several. The MAINTAINERS neither presume nor investigate third-party accounts: tagging on a social network only happens when the USER has declared that identifier, and the absence of that declaration does not prevent publication, only the tagging on that network. Technical format adjustments (cropping, resizing, captioning, compression, assembly with other works) may be applied to fit the channel, without altering the creative content of the work.
  • 11.9. Takedown Requests: There is no option, nor will one be created, to selectively refuse the distribution described in items 11.1 to 11.8 while keeping the work published: publishing to the public area and circulating in the ecosystem are the same thing, and this is a structural policy of the PLATFORM. The withdrawal of a specific work is exceptional and depends on a formal request from the USER by e-mail to [email protected], identifying the work and the reason. Each request is reviewed individually, granted at the MAINTAINERS' discretion when applicable, and with no guaranteed timeframe. No request creates an obligation to recover, track or remove material that has already circulated, been republished, indexed or saved by third parties, items 11.4 and 11.5 applying. Deleting the work on the PLATFORM removes it from the PLATFORM's surfaces from then on, with no retroactive effect on what has already been published outside it. Rights guaranteed by law to the data subject remain fully exercisable through the same channel, as per the Privacy Policy.

12. SAPIENS SEARCH (SEMANTIC SEARCH)

  • 12.1. Nature of the Service: Sapiens Search is an experimental semantic search tool for video content. It uses AI models (Google text-embedding) to process text queries and find relevant excerpts in transcripts of indexed videos.
  • 12.2. Usage Cost: Each search consumes 1 (one) Synapse from the USER's balance. Using the tool requires prior authentication on the PLATFORM.
  • 12.3. Activity Logging: For security, abuse protection and continuous improvement, the PLATFORM logs:
    • a) The email of the USER who performed the search;
    • b) The textual content of the search query;
    • c) Date and time of the request;
    • d) Detected language of the query.
  • 12.4. Usage Limits: To ensure service stability, per-user request limits (rate limiting) apply. Attempts to bypass these limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking.
  • 12.5. Third-Party Content: The videos and transcripts available for search belong to their respective creators. The PLATFORM acts only as a discovery tool and claims no ownership over indexed content.

13. IMGEN: AI PHOTO GENERATION

  • 13.1. Nature of the Service: IMGen is a tool that acts as a facilitating interface (UX) for third-party AI image generation services, notably Google Imagen/Gemini and FAL.ai. The PLATFORM does not generate the images directly, it orchestrates and simplifies access to those providers' APIs.
  • 13.2. Ownership of Generated Images:
    • a) Vis-a-vis the PLATFORM: Rights over generated images belong to the USER who created them, provided the generation was performed with valid credits (Synapses) or in an authorized promotional period.
    • b) Vis-a-vis AI providers: Images are also subject to the AI providers' terms of use (Google, FAL.ai). The USER acknowledges that those providers' terms prevail with regard to the generation of the content itself.
    • c) Third-party image rights: The USER acknowledges that the image rights of public figures, celebrities or any third parties belong exclusively to those persons, regardless of who generated the image.
  • 13.3. Prohibited Uses (Deepfakes and Impersonation):
    • a) It is strictly forbidden to use IMGen to create deepfakes, that is, realistic images of real people in false, misleading or defamatory contexts.
    • b) It is forbidden to use the service for impersonation, creating images intended to pass as another person, mislead third parties about the identity of the person portrayed, or for fraudulent purposes.
    • c) It is forbidden to generate images of minors without the express authorization of their legal guardian.
    • d) Violation of this clause will result in permanent banning of the account and applicable legal measures.
  • 13.4. Reference Photos (Consent): By submitting a facial reference photo for generation, the USER declares and warrants that:
    • a) They are the person portrayed; or
    • b) They hold the express and legitimate authorization of the person portrayed for the use of their image in this context.
  • 13.5. Publishing and Remix: By publishing a generated image to the Community Gallery, the USER grants other users the right to view, download and use the image as a base for new generations (Remix), as set out in section 4.4.b of these Terms.
  • 13.6. Landing Page Images: The images displayed on the PLATFORM's promotional pages (such as /foto-ia/) are real examples published by the community in the public Gallery. They are used as an illustrative demonstration of possible results. Individual results may vary.
  • 13.7. Disclaimer: IMGen results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain imperfections, distortions or unintended results. The PLATFORM does not guarantee that results will be commercially adequate or error-free.

14. YOUR SYNTHETIC (DAEMON / AI CHARACTER)

  • 14.1. Nature: The "Synthetic" is an artificial intelligence character associated with your account, whose "voice" (writing style, recurring themes and tone) is distilled from your own trail on the PLATFORM (texts YOU publish in chat, theses in the Forum, generation prompts, Repertoire choices and personality test answers). The Synthetic is a style direction generated by AI models. It is not a person, not an advisor (financial, legal, medical or of any nature) and not a factual representation of you.
  • 14.2. Automatic Proposals and Human Ratification: Your Synthetic may, periodically and automatically, draft and present YOU with content suggestions (for example, a "thesis" for the Forum). Such suggestions are private drafts. Nothing generated by the Synthetic is published, sent or made public without your express ratification ("signing"). By signing a proposal, YOU adopt it as your own and assume full responsibility for the published content, under section 4.3.
  • 14.3. Opt-out: YOU may turn off your Synthetic's automatic proposals at any time in the tool's settings.
  • 14.4. Bond Between Accounts (Sintonia): The PLATFORM allows a bond ("Sintonia", attunement) between your account and a Synthetic or character, yours or, with the creator's consent, another USER's. The bond is a display and proposal-rhythm state; it does NOT grant anyone the power to write, spend Synapses or act on someone else's account. Every action always originates from the authenticated session of each account. Synapse transfers within a Sintonia are voluntary, come from the sender's balance and cannot be unilaterally reversed.
  • 14.5. No Clinical Inference: The Synthetic and related tools (such as the "Reflection of Self") may use personality test answers (including MBTI-like typology) only as internal seasoning for tone and aesthetics. The PLATFORM does not publish your personality code nor asserts psychological, clinical or diagnostic traits about you.

15. CONNECTING EXTERNAL AI CLIENTS (MCP)

  • 15.1. Nature: The PLATFORM allows YOU to connect third-party AI clients (for example, Claude/Anthropic, Gemini/Google, Cursor and similar) to operate your account on your behalf, through a pairing code generated at sapiensinteticos.com/conectar-claude, which returns a session token.
  • 15.2. Actions on Your Behalf: Once connected, the external client can perform real actions on your account, including actions that consume Synapses (generating images, music, video or text; publishing to the Community or Forum, among others). YOU are solely responsible for every action performed through a client you authorized, exactly as if you had done it directly on the PLATFORM. Keep the token secret and log in again (revoking the previous token) if you suspect misuse.
  • 15.3. Operators are Independent Third Parties: The operator of the external client (e.g. Anthropic, Google) is an independent third party. Commands, prompts and data YOU transmit through it travel through that operator's infrastructure, subject to their own terms and privacy policy, outside the PLATFORM's control.
  • 15.4. Transparency: Content posted to the Community through an external client receives a transparency marker (for example, " · via Claude" or " · via Telegram"), so the assisted origin of the message is visible to others.

16. COMMUNITY, FORUM AND PUBLIC CONTENT

  • 16.1. Public Areas: The PLATFORM has social areas (Community/chat and thesis Forum) where content YOU post is visible to other users and, as applicable, to the public. The same prohibitions of section 4.4 apply (no illegal content, hate speech, CSAM, violation of third-party rights, among others).
  • 16.2. Conduct: YOU agree not to use these areas for spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of third-party data or any unlawful conduct. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
  • 16.3. Structured Media: Music tracks, videos and images shared in the Forum are carried in a dedicated media field and displayed in a PLATFORM card. YOU declare to hold the necessary rights over the media you attach.
  • 16.4. Content Responsibility: Each USER is solely responsible for the content they publish in these areas. The PLATFORM acts as host and does not endorse users' opinions.

17. AI MUSIC, VIDEO AND VOICE GENERATION

  • 17.1. Scope and Providers: In addition to images (section 13), the PLATFORM offers AI generation of music (lyrics and audio), video and narration/voice, acting as an interface for third-party models, among them Google (Lyria/Vertex, Veo, Gemini), ElevenLabs and providers routed via WaveSpeed (ByteDance, Kuaishou/Kling, Alibaba). The list of providers may change without notice.
  • 17.2. Ownership and Costs: The same rules of ownership, Synapse cost and disclaimer of section 13 apply to audio and video media: vis-a-vis the PLATFORM, the creation is yours; vis-a-vis the providers, their terms prevail.
  • 17.3. Prohibited Uses (Third-Party Voice and Image): It is strictly forbidden to use audio/video generation to clone, imitate or simulate a real person's voice or image without authorization, to create deepfakes, for impersonation or for fraudulent or defamatory purposes. Models that give voice and movement to an image (lip-sync) increase this risk; misuse results in permanent banning and applicable legal measures.
  • 17.4. Music Rights: YOU must not request the reproduction of lyrics, melodies or recordings protected by third-party copyright. Your Synthetic's writing "voice", when used, is a textual style model derived from your own trail, not a reproduction of anyone's audio voice.

18. MENTORSHIPS, RECORDINGS AND SOCIAL PROOF

  • 18.1. Recorded Sessions: Mentorships, classes and live meetings of the house may be recorded and transcribed, through third-party tools (e.g. Fathom), for later access by participants and service improvement. By participating in a recorded session, YOU are aware of the recording.
  • 18.2. Use as Social Proof: Excerpts of a session (for example, praise or a learning) may only be publicly displayed as social proof upon the recorded consent of the participant involved. Without consent, the excerpt remains for internal use.

19. USER-GENERATED STUDIOS AND TOOLS

  • 19.1. The PLATFORM may allow YOU to configure "Studios" and custom tools from existing blocks. Such personalization is configuration: the use of each underlying tool remains fully subject to these Terms, including Synapse costs and content rules.
